Installation or maintenance service orders can be canceled within 24 hours of booking by sending an email to support@kingelevators.com.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to management approval and may involve a processing fee.
King Elevators reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
Unavailability of materials or technical staff
Inaccurate or incomplete customer information
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible for a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Partial refunds may apply for services already initiated or resources committed.
Payments made toward completed installations, inspections, or customized product manufacturing are non-refundable.
