1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Installation or maintenance service orders can be canceled within 24 hours of booking by sending an email to support@kingelevators.com.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to management approval and may involve a processing fee.

2. Cancellation by King Elevators

King Elevators reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Unavailability of materials or technical staff

  • Inaccurate or incomplete customer information

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, customers will be notified and eligible for a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

  • Partial refunds may apply for services already initiated or resources committed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Payments made toward completed installations, inspections, or customized product manufacturing are non-refundable.
